Q &nbspWhere is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Building 5, Guoteng Intelligent Manufacturing Center, No.7 Xinhui Road, Wusha, Daliang Street, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong Provice, China.It is about 2 hours from Baiyun airport. We can pick you up if you need. Welcome to visit our factory!

Q Is sample order acceptable?

A   Yes. It is necessary to make a sample before mass production for ODM product. And a sample order could get your trust.

Q  What is the lead time of a sample order?

A  Two to four weeks after confirmationfrom the customer.

Q How could I start the business ?

A  Contact us by e-mail to manager@freegopower.com is recommended because we might be in different time zone. We will be able to answer any other questions you may have.

Q  How about the production time?

A   That depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Normally, the production time for a 20ft container load is about 25-45 days

Q  How does your factory do as quality control?

A   Quality is the lift of our factory. We have inspector in different post, and there are two inspectors before packing to get best quality products.
Will get all data of each cell and match accordant cells before assembling to assure battery packs will work stable for long time working.
This is the last testing to run at least 2 cycles testing for each battery pack before shipping to make sure capacity and voltage are correct.

Q  How to get a quotation and start business relationship with your company?

A   When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as the voltage, capacity, working current, product size, application and anything else refer the sample.

Q What is the general payment terms ?

A   Currently, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% in advance, 70% before shipment for big order, and 100% in advance for sample order) .

Q  Are you a factory or trading company?

A   We are a factory, we have rich experience for manufacturing Lithium Ion batteries, BMS ,Chargers, and battery storage solutions for many years.
